1. How ScholarDeck uses published research

ScholarDeck surfaces bibliographic data (titles, authors, journals, abstracts, citation counts) from public sources such as PubMed, OpenAlex, ORCID, and Crossref, and links out to the original paper. Abstracts and papers remain the property of their publishers and authors. We host card summaries and links, not full-text articles or PDFs.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and are responsible for having the rights to share it. Do not post content that infringes someone else's copyright.

3. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on ScholarDeck infringes your copyright, send a notice to tomliba1996@gmail.com including:

• Your contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
• The location (URL) of the material on ScholarDeck.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and we may notify the person who posted it.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent required information. We may restore the content in line with applicable law.

5. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or remove accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

6. Trademarks

The ScholarDeck name and logo are our trademarks. For trademark concerns, contact tomliba1996@gmail.com.
