Each additional month of concurrent immunosuppression post-rituximab reduced relapse risk by 8% (adjusted hazard ratio: 0.92; 95% CI: 0.89-0.96; P < 0.001).

Increasing age at rituximab administration trended toward a lower relapse risk (adjusted hazard ratio: 0.76/yr; 95% CI: 0.57-1.03; P = 0.07).

The annual relapse rate reduced from 3 (IQR: 2-4) to 1 (IQR: 0-1) following rituximab ( P < 0.0001).
