Purpose

To explore refill adherence to prescribed treatment for chronic heart failure (chronic heart failure) and/or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), during and after a remote person-centred care (person-centred care) intervention.

Methods

A total of 222 participants from nine primary care centres were enrolled in PROTECT.
