Background

The clinical efficacy of antioxidants in assisted reproductive technology (assisted reproductive technology) remains inconsistent.

Purpose

This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the impact of oral antioxidant supplementation on reproductive outcomes in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-ET).

Methods

We systematically searched PubMed, Scopus, Embase, and Web of Science databases from inception to February 2026 for randomized controlled trials (randomized controlled trials) investigating oral antioxidants in patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology.
