Endometriosis (endometriosis) is an estrogen-dependent disease that can lead to chronic pain and infertility.

Purpose

This study aims to identify SUMOylation-related genes as potential biomarkers for endometriosis utilizing bioinformatics approaches.

The GSE51981, GSE7305, and GSE214411 datasets and 194 SUMOylation-related genes were assessed.
