Purpose

To examine whether IgG N-glycosylation patterns are prospectively associated with incident diabetic nephropathy and neuropathy.

Methods

We analyzed IgG N-glycosylation profiles in four cohorts: EPIC-Potsdam, DiaGene, GenoDiabMar, and Hoorn DCS.

n = 3,263 individuals
