Nasal procedures were associated with higher continuous positive airway pressure persistence compared with no surgery, with temperature-controlled radiofrequency showing the strongest and most consistent association.

These findings suggest that treating nasal obstruction may help sustain long-term continuous positive airway pressure use, though prospective studies are needed to confirm causality.
