Among patients with NRS > 3, dezocine was associated with significantly lower odds of dissatisfaction (aOR = 0.18, 95% CI: 0.06-0.55), corresponding to an ∼87% reduction, whereas no significant benefit was observed in those with mild pain (aOR = 1.22, 95% CI: 0.33-4.68, P = 0.771).
