Perioperative safety and survival outcomes of robot-assisted partial nephrectomy in elderly patients with localized renal cell carcinoma: an overlap-weighted Asian cohort study.

Propensity score overlap weighting (overlap weighting) was applied to compare partial nephrectomy versus radical nephrectomy and, within the partial nephrectomy cohort, robot-assisted partial nephrectomy versus laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (laparoscopic partial nephrectomy).

Three open partial nephrectomy cases were summarized descriptively and retained only in exploratory sensitivity analyses.
