The AUC of the clinical model increased from 0.693 (95%CI, 0.633 to 0.754) to 0.730 (95%CI, 0.677 to 0.784) upon adding urinary calprotectin, the net reclassification improvement was 0.337 (P<0.001) and the integrated discrimination improvement was 0.055 (P<0.001).
