Background

Lutetium-177-PSMA radioligand therapy ([ 177 Lu] Lu-PSMA) is an emerging targeted treatment for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).

We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (randomized controlled trials).
