Self-management interventions in primary care practices in France between 2010 and 2022: a descriptive national study.

Among the 127 forms on self-management intervention programmes at primary care practices (2.6%), multi-professional primary care practices (57.5%, n = 73) and healthcare centres (25.9%, n = 33) were the most represented.

All programmes had a coordinator (mostly general practitioners, 34.7%, n = 24) among whom 69.7% ( n = 69) were trained in coordination.

The main themes were diabetes (34.6%, n = 44), diabetes and cardiovascular diseases (15.6%, n = 20), and cardiovascular disease (10.2%, n = 13).
