Purpose

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between contrast sensitivity (contrast sensitivity) and driving performance in individuals with moderate to severe glaucoma, using the Pelli-Robson (Pelli-Robson) chart and Spaeth/Richman Contrast Sensitivity (SPARCS) test.

Methods

Cross-sectional observational study.

Significant correlations were observed between contrast sensitivity and driving behaviors in the worse eye.

Driving space scores were positively correlated with Pelli-Robson ( ρ = 0.33, P = 0.027) and total SPARCS scores.
