Background

DESCRIPTION: Management of chronic kidney disease (chronic kidney disease) has been rapidly evolving, now involving many interventions that can be managed in the primary care setting.

Methods

The Veterans Affairs/Department of Defense Evidence-Based Practice Work Group assembled a team to update the 2019 Veterans Affairs/Department of Defense clinical practice guideline for the management of chronic kidney disease.
