Background

Aeromonas spp. are extensively distributed across diverse aquatic environments and recognized as pathogens capable of causing diseases in aquatic animals.

Purpose

This study aimed to accurately identify Aeromonas spp. and compare their virulence gene profiles, antimicrobial resistance patterns, and molecular evolutionary relationships.
