Anesthesia management for lung transplant in children with obliterated bronchiolitis after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: a single-center experience.

Ten children with bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome post-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation underwent lung transplantation, including eight males and two females.

Postoperative mechanical ventilation time was 2 (IQR, 2-24) days.

Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) time was 12 (IQR, 6-12) hours.

Four patients developed acute kidney injury (acute kidney injury) within 48 hours, and primary graft dysfunction grade 3 (PGD3) occurred in 10% within 48-72 hours.
