We used the Rasch measurement model to co-calibrate the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised and two disorders of consciousness diagnostic variables on a 0- to 100-unit equal-interval scale.

We used Coma Recovery Scale-Revised data from 262 participants with disorders of consciousness (1,442 Coma Recovery Scale-Revised records).

The Aspen-Based disorders of consciousness diagnostic variable indicated participants were unresponsive wakefulness syndrome <41.57, 41.57 ≤ minimally conscious state < 73.16, and eMCS ≥73.16 units.
