This review examined the effects of digital cognitive rehabilitation on activities of daily living (activities of daily living) and instrumental activities of daily living (instrumental activities of daily living) after stroke.
Five bibliographic databases and Google Scholar were searched for randomized controlled trials published between 2010 and 2025.

The certainty of evidence was moderate for activities of daily living outcomes and low for instrumental activities of daily living outcomes.
