Prognostic Value of Early Magnetic Resonance Imaging Lesion Topography in Diffuse Axonal Injury: The KASHI Classification: An Institute-Based Experience.

Diffuse axonal injury (diffuse axonal injury) is a frequent and devastating form of traumatic brain injury (traumatic brain injury) that requires prolonged intensive care and carries high morbidity and mortality.

The objective of this is to evaluate the prognostic value of early magnetic resonance imaging-based lesion location in diffuse axonal injury using the novel KASHI Classification and to correlate lesion topography with acute neurological severity, in-hospital mortality, and long-term functional recovery.
