This research aimed to compare the predictive performance of five prehospital scoring tools - Shock Index (Shock Index), Reverse Shock Index multiplied by Glasgow Coma Scale (rSIG), National Early Warning Score (National Early Warning Score), Assessment of Blood Consumption (Assessment of Blood Consumption), and Revised Assessment of Bleeding and Transfusion (Revised Assessment of Bleeding and Transfusion) - for predicting massive transfusion and 24-hour mortality.
