Artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence) offers potential to automatically evaluate the burden of active arthritis on magnetic resonance imaging (magnetic resonance imaging) but must be reliable and practical to see routine use.

We sought to validate the reliability and feasibility of iKIMRISS, an artificial intelligence-automated iteration of the Knee Inflammation magnetic resonance imaging Scoring System (Knee Inflammation MRI Scoring System) for bone marrow lesions (bone marrow lesions), using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
