Understanding Textbook outcome failure after robotic colorectal cancer surgery: a multicenter domain-specific analysis.

This multicenter retrospective cohort study analyzed consecutive adult patients undergoing elective colorectal cancer resection at five Polish tertiary referral centers between January 2022 and August 2025.

Textbook Outcome required 30-day survival, R0 resection with ≥ 12 lymph nodes retrieved, no surgical reintervention, no unplanned stoma, no major postoperative complication, and length of stay ≤ 14 days without 30-day readmission.
