Association of Sugammadex Exposure with Venous Thrombosis Risk Following Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty: A Multi-Institutional Retrospective Analysis.

This association persisted at 90 days (OR 0.72, 95% CI 0.62-0.84, p<0.001; absolute risk difference, -0.50 percentage points).

Sugammadex was also associated with lower rates of pneumonia (p=0.018), urinary tract infection (p<0.001), and PONV (p=0.005) at 14 days, without significant differences in mortality.

Sensitivity and subgroup analyses yielded results consistent with the primary findings.
