In this retrospective cohort with detailed anatomical reclassification, endoscopic endonasal approach was associated with higher gross total resection, shorter hospitalization, and fewer short-term endocrine/electrolyte complications, with comparable overall safety.

Because corridor selection is anatomy-driven and this unadjusted observational comparison is susceptible to confounding by indication, these findings should be interpreted as comparative outcomes among selected patients rather than causal evidence of superiority.
