Purpose

To develop a PET/CT-based radiomics model for noninvasive prediction of the double-expressor lymphoma (double-expressor lymphoma) subtype in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma).

Methods

From January 2019 to July 2025 consecutively enrolled, 143 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (55 double-expressor lymphoma, 88 non-double-expressor lymphoma) were randomly divided into a training set and an internal validation set in a 7:3 ratio.
