Effectiveness of doppler renal resistive index in early detection of postoperative acute kidney injury in prolonged cardiopulmonary bypass cardiac surgeries.

The aim of this study is to investigate the value of renal Doppler ultrasonography-derived Renal Resistive Index (Renal Resistive Index) for early prediction of cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury (cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury) in patients undergoing prolonged cardiopulmonary bypass (cardiopulmonary bypass) and aortic cross-clamp (aortic cross-clamp) times, and to assess perioperative risk factors, length of stay, and short-term outcomes.
