Preoperative MRI-derived anatomical predictors of urinary incontinence after holmium laser enucleation of the prostate: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Current evidence indicates that preoperative membranous urethral length is the most consistently identified magnetic resonance imaging-derived anatomical predictor of postoperative urinary continence following holmium laser enucleation of the prostate.

Longer membranous urethral length was consistently associated with a lower risk of postoperative urinary incontinence during early and intermediate follow-up.
