Purpose

To investigate whether mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR) affects treatment outcomes in early-stage high-intermediate risk (high-intermediate risk) endometrial cancer (endometrial cancer) patients receiving adjuvant therapy.

Received adjuvant external beam radiation therapy (external beam radiation therapy) or vaginal brachytherapy.
