Background

Polynucleotides (polynucleotides) are innovative polymers that improve skin hydration and elasticity, serving as alternatives to traditional dermal fillers.

Purpose

To assess the real-world performance and safety of Plinest (40 mg/2 mL of polynucleotides HPT in a 2 mL pre-filled syringe), a CE-marked class III medical device for skin rejuvenation of the face, neck, and décolleté.

Methods

Underwent three sessions of intradermal polynucleotides HPT injections.
