Purpose

This network meta-analysis compared the impact of eight refractive surgery techniques on higher-order aberrations (higher-order aberrations) and visual quality in adults with myopia.

Methods

The review protocol was prospectively registered in PROSPERO (CRD420251069362).

n = 5,141 eyes
Results

eyes had less higher-order glare/distortion after implantable collamer lens surgery than after SMILE
