Characterization of Angle-Angle Diameter Relationship with Corneal Diameter, Axial Length, and Intraocular Pressure in Pediatric Glaucoma.

Angle-angle diameter showed a strong positive correlation with corneal diameter (r = 0.93, P < 0.001) across most age groups and glaucoma subtypes except Sturge-Weber syndrome.

Angle-angle diameter was also strongly correlated with axial length in primary congenital glaucoma and glaucoma following cataract surgery (r = 0.73, P < 0.001; r = 0.87, P = 0.02), with similar associations seen in participants aged <1 year (r = 0.75, P = 0.002).
