To synthesize and critically appraise current evidence on the clinicopathological, immunophenotypic, and molecular hallmarks of the 7 primary cutaneous adnexal carcinomas entities and to translate this knowledge into practical diagnostic and management guidance for dermatopathologists and oncologists.
