Clinical data of six pediatric patients diagnosed with MEN2B in BCH, between January 2019 and December 2023, were reviewed.

All patients exhibited the classic MEN2B phenotype (marfanoid habitus, ocular signs, multiple oral mucosal neuromas, vocal cord nodules, high-arched palate, etc.) accompanied by alacrima and gastrointestinal symptoms.

Children with MEN2B demonstrate a highly characteristic and complete phenotypic spectrum.

WHAT IS KNOWN: • Sporadic MEN2B, typically caused by the RET p.

The median operative time was 215 minutes (IQR, 180-279 minutes), intraoperative blood loss was 14.3 mL/kg, and the allogeneic blood transfusion rate was 68.1%.

Postoperative complications occurred in 29.8% of patients (14/47).

Intraoperative fresh frozen plasma transfusion were not significant in the adjusted model.

An 11-year-old girl presented with alopecia totalis (AT) persisting for two years.

She initially received baricitinib for seven months, achieving SALT 65% with predominantly white and gray hair regrowth.
