Characterizing sleep-related complaints in head and neck cancer survivors with tumors of airway relevance following radiotherapy.

•Sleep complaints were highly prevalent after radiotherapy for HNC survivors.•High OSA risk was 3.3-fold greater than population reference values.•Poor sleep quality was common, with 69% scoring above the PSQI cutoff.•More than half of participants reported clinically significant fatigue.•Sleep issues did not differ by tumor site, airway impact or concurrent chemotherapy.
