This single-institution pilot study aimed to (1) describe an approach to standardized, proactive pediatric hematopoietic cell transplantation-SPC clinical partnership, and (2) quantify acceptability, appropriateness, and satisfaction regarding the program among pediatric hematopoietic cell transplantation providers.
Survey methods were used to assess attitudes among hematopoietic cell transplantation providers who had worked with the specialty palliative care clinical partnership for at least three months.

In this single-institution pilot study, pediatric hematopoietic cell transplantation providers with lived experience working in an environment with standardized specialty palliative care collaboration view specialty palliative care as highly acceptable, appropriate, and beneficial for their patients, supporting the feasibility and value of proactive specialty palliative care integration in pediatric hematopoietic cell transplantation care.
