Consensus recommendations for the management of H. pylori in Egypt: 2026 report.

Mohamed Alboraie et al. · Digestive diseases (Basel, Switzerland) · 2026
Background

Helicobacter pylori infection is highly prevalent in Egypt and plays a central role in peptic ulcer disease, gastric cancer, and several extra-gastrointestinal disorders.

Purpose

Methods

A multidisciplinary expert panel reviewed studies on H. pylori published since 2018, including Egyptian data and updated global guidelines.
